I was one of the subjects in @delaneyartist Body P

I was one of the subjects in @delaneyartist Body Print Portraits project about four years ago, and when I visit Victoria Yards I love popping into James’ studio to see the prints and photos.

It was a very interesting experience having my naked body painted all over and printed onto paper (potato printing as a little child comes to mind). The mechanics of lowering a whole painted person onto a piece of paper on the ground and back up without smudging is quite something.

If you are within striking distance of Johannesburg, @victoria_yards is definitely worth a visit, go on the first Sunday of the month when all the shops, studios and cafes are open and buzzing.

A good time was had by all.

I was thrilled to find two identical vintage cuffs on the @lehzavintage site last week.

Here they are making their first public appearance over delicious lunch at @rayahazelwood yesterday.

We were having such a nice time we ended up staying long enough to watch the rugby (a loooong lunch) lots of celebrating going on in the @thevillagehazelwood after the @bokrugby win.
