We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or stock availability issues. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier or postal service, responsibility for delivery timing passes to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied at checkout.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Because some of our items are handmade, we ask that you choose carefully before purchasing.
Returns & Exchanges
- Unfortunately, I cannot offer returns or refunds for orders shipped outside of South Africa.
- Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of delivery for orders shipped within South Africa, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in original packaging.
- Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photographs of the issue.
For international orders, replacement or refund may be limited due to prohibitive shipping costs. For local orders within South Africa, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
